  Support contracts

Besides OnSite and phone support, we also provide remote support. The service is provided using specialized software, like TeamViewer and/or AnyDesk. Our support agent will determine beforehand what software will be used for the support session. You can find instructions below, how to get and use each piece of software.

TeamViewer

This is the most well-known piece of remote support software. It’s been around for many years and is considered the most mature remote support software. Just follow those simple instructions to download and use TeamViewer Quick Support:

  1. Click on >this link< to download the software and save it on your hard disk. Just remember where you saved the file, you’ll need it later.
  2. Click (or double click) on the downloaded program to run it. Windows will ask you if you allow this program to make changes to your computer. Click on Yes.
  3. TeamViewer window will open up, containing two pieces of information: the ID and the Password. You will need to pass this information to our technician, to initiate the support session.

AnyDesk

This is also a quite known remote support software, which is beginning to become popular. Here are the instructions on how to get and use AnyDesk:

  1. Click on >this link< to download the software and save it on your hard disk. Just remember where you saved the file, you’ll need it later.
  2. Click (or double click) on the downloaded program to run it.
  3. AnyDesk windows will open up, containing the AnyDesk Address. You will need to pass this information to our technician, to initiate the support session.
  4. Last but not least, you will need to accept the connection request, by clicking the green Accept button
