Every time the billing period comes to its end, we will let you know one month in advance, so you have plenty of time to schedule the payment. If there is no cleared payment one day after the end of the billing period, the service will be suspended. Please note that some methods of payment might require a few days to clear (e.g. bank transfers), so please plan in advance.
If there is no cleared payment 15 days after the end of the billing period, the service is terminated and all of the related content/files are being deleted automatically. Restoring the service from a backup and/or restoring customer’s files will incur additional charges. It will not be possible to restore any data 3 months after the end of the billing period.
Please take special care about domain names. Depending on the domain name you have chosen, there might or not be any grace period after the expiration. If a domain expires, it will be available to others and you may not be able to re-purchase / renew it.
